- The exact log output from the App view's progress panel (copy the whole list).
- The error text from the browser console (F12 → Console) if the run failed.
Do not attach the source document unless you're certain it contains nothing private — GitHub issues are public and permanent. A minimal redacted reproduction is almost always more useful than the full file.

Short version: your documents never leave your device. UnArtifact is a client-side utility. There is no backend.
What we process
When you drop a file, JavaScript reads it into the browser's memory, unzips it, edits its XML, and re-zips it. This happens entirely inside your tab.
What we collect
- No file uploads. Zero bytes of your document are transmitted.
- No telemetry. We do not use analytics, trackers, or fingerprinting.
- No remote storage. There are no cookies, sessions, or accounts.
Network requests
All libraries (JSZip, FileSaver) are bundled locally. Once the page loads, you may disconnect from the internet and the app will continue to function.
Your rights
Because we never receive your data, there is nothing to delete, export, or rectify on our side. You retain full control at all times.

2. As-Is Utility
UnArtifact is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Document cleaning is heuristic and may not remove every artifact or may alter formatting you wished to keep. Always retain a backup of your original file.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use UnArtifact for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the documents you process and for ensuring you have the right to modify them.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors be liable for any loss of data, corrupted documents, or damages arising from the use of this tool.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
